Travel: $85.00+

Travel on Weekend and after hours: $85.00 (home, office, public venue)

Travel to Nursing Facilities: $75.00 (wait time extra fee) and $15.00 Per acknowledgment

Travel to Jails: Minimum $200.00 (wait time extra fee) fee includes one acknowledgments.

Printing: Single Page printing up to 1-10 pages: $10.00 thereafter $0.30 per page. 

Mortgage Loan Document Package Fees: Fees include all acknowledgments within a loan package. 

Loan Documents one set: $150.00
Additional travel fee for outside of Modesto. 

Scan Back: Additional fee of $25.00 add to above pricing. 

Second Mortgage, one set (same visit): $75.00 add to above pricing

Reverse Mortgage: Add $50.00 to above pricing
